In recent weeks I have seen posts from a couple of brothers lamenting their fates in the job market. I am a firm believer in the power of networking. Perhaps we should start a forum which posts jobs that we are aware of and have an inside track on for brothers.

What I have learned in my career is that you have to keep your resume active, you cannot be afraid to relocate and that the best time to look for a job is when you have a job.

What does everyone think?

I know LinkedIn is a pretty decent Networking Group.

If you are a member on that, i will gladly add any BOTL to my connections list, and expose you to my network, even though it's not a big network.

I have a pretty good head hunter in the financial world if that is of intrest to anyone. That's how I got my gig around 2 1/2 years ago.

Know if any head hunters are looking for guys with military EOD experience? I'm on monster.com in preparation for my time being up with the USAF and if you for some reason knew of a free headhunting service I'm all ears. I tried looking and didn't see anything that was free.
