  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Hey All,

I was recently re-reading "Living Above the Level of Mediocrity" and the point was mentioned that if you work at something you love you often don't feel like you work at all! This got me to thinking, I love cigars! However, I have no idea how I could get a job in the industry. If you google jobs in the cigar industry, you just get garbage.

So I pose the following question:

HOW DO YOU FIND JOBS IN THE CIGAR INDUSTRY? If anybody has any good suggestions (or any suggestions) post them. I do have some ideas, but I figure hundreds of heads are better than one.:waving:

Thanks

Well, depends upon the job you wanted. I would imagine that if you flew to Honduras, The Dominican Republic or Nicarauga, and worked in the fields picking leaf, that would be a job in the industry.

Or working for an Advertising agency, especially the one CAO uses. That is also in the industry. Miami is probably the biggest point in the US for the cigar industry.
