I would rest (at least some of them) for 4-6 weeks @ 60% rh before trying another one.
Most isoms need serious aging but a lot of botls (including me) have found the J.O's to be enjoyable at a young age... once we get them at a more appropriate humidity.
The lower rh will also discourage another fermentation cycle so that will help them to be more enjoyable sooner.
For long term aging a lot of botls will do a higher % rh say, 70% or higher for several years. The logic is that this will
encourage additional fermentation cycles (whence ammonia will be formed and released = sick period = no good for smoking)
This leads right in to the concept of periodically opening the humi/ or box/ or cooler/ or drawer to let ammonia out and fresh oxegen in...
Also I think that temperature control is even more vital at the higher rh%...
Then before smoking they will do a few months (3-6) around 60% rh and viola__!
60% (or lower) has certain advantages, but we must be mindful at that rh to not smoke the gar too quick or we will overheat it. But it will stay lit much easier, produce less tars and reveal different nuances than a wetter schtick...
Mr. Ron (Shuckins) might have a few things to say about that if we can pry his hands off of the bomb-release lever long enough to type something up for us.
Best wishes,
