Johnson control settings

Hi guys i need a favor. I have a 18 bottle new air wineador with shelves from Forrest and 65% beads. I have a Johnson control unit hooked up to it. I let it ran all day today with the set point of 67 degrees and a 2 degree differential. I just checked the hygrometers and the bottom was at 64% the middle at 61 and the top at 71%. I'm wondering if I have the settings messed up so if anyone knows there settings please help a brother out

Those controls are for temperature. That sounds about right, a 2 degree differential.
Is the cooler running a lot ?
Do you have beads up and down ?
Did you season the drawers before putting the stuff in ?

Yeah the cooler is kicking on every 30 minutes or so and i have 2 pounds of beads in there in all the drawers and the drawers were seasoned for 2 weeks

You also might want to recalibrate your hygrometers to make sure you are getting good readings. Also, just in case your not, make sure you are using digital ones.

They are digital. When I unplug the unit all the hygrometers are at 65% humidity and when the unit is running everything is all out of wack

What temperature does it hold when you are not running the unit at all? I assume there is plenty of breathing room throughout the unit for air to flow right?

The hygrometer says 68degrees but I want to get it to 65

Or is there a way to override the setting for the cooler so when it kicks on its 66 degrees and not 55 degrees. I thing then the cooler is running I'd at the colder temp and that's spiking the high humidity
