Joyal’s Liquors/ Mr. J’s Havana Shop in RI

This may be in the wrong section, and if so I apologize.

I feel absolutely compelled to share my experience with my fellow BOTLs about Joyal’s Liquors/ Mr. J’s Havana Shop.

I have spent some time talking to Paul (the owner) over the last few weeks trying to get some HTFs, and my experience with him has been nothing short of AMAZING. His customer service has been tope grade, and he has shown himself as being a true BOTL in they way he has kept in contact with me.

We all know that in the hunt for HTFs many shops take advantage of customers by either dragging them along with false promises or charging over MSRP simply because people will pay more. Paul has continually kept me in the loop, told me what he could get me, and what he could probably get me (with no promise made) and once he was able to find out what he was able to sell, he charged me MSRP.

Anyone in the RI area, I definitely suggest you give Paul at Mr. J's a try, I have a strong feeling you won't be disappointed.

Also, he apparently has some killer house blends (which he graciously included in my order free of charge), and I will be submitting a review once I get them.
