i watched it. I feel as though he was just caught up in his father's shadow. I think while his father was alive he felt a responsibility to uphold the code of that life. Do i think he should be in jail?? yes, i do believe he committed acts of murder, loansharking, racketeering etc... and i believe the government failed because they had nothing but scumbag witnesses who weren't believable. The one thing i like about gotti Jr. is he seems like he did quit the life and is trying to lead a better life now. that's not to say he doesn't have money stashed away gained from a criminal life from the past but I really feel like he has distanced himself from that life. i also like that he makes no excuses for his father or the way he lived and says in the interview that he believes he had something to do with jonh favra's death( the guy who ran over his son ) where as Victoria gotti prances around trying to make her father look like a saint.
