So I've finally made some room in my humidor and go and buy that sampler with a Drac, a Boris, and some DPs from Party Source that someone posted on about week and a half ago. It was supposed to have arrived yesterday via UPS. I wait for it, and when the afternoon comes I check the tracking info online and it says that "the receiver was unable to sign for it." What?! I was home all day and I heard no rapping on my door, which I go to in order to check for the note that I assumed the deliverer left in case I actually did miss him while I was in the shower or was smoking on my patio. Nothing. Turns out the UPS guy was too lazy to deliver it, so he just went ahead and lied. Jackass! :angerFU: Now I've got to wait 'til Monday to go pick up the package myself (I'm not trusting that guy to decide that Monday's the day he's going to do his job!). Damn. Now my sticks are sleeping in some UPS warehouse until they reach their new home. Just wanted to rant. Anyone else have the misfortune of experiencing this kind of thing before?

Dude, I've had the same thing happen just a few weeks ago. It was Fedex and I was checking online and it said it was delivered. I got home and checked, nothing. I called complaining and started driving around the neighborhood. I found it on another neighbors door step. I was pissed as this was the second package within the week that this had happened. i never found the other package.

Damn, that's worse than my story. At least I know they're holding my sticks for me at the warehouse (so they say).

Got sent a birthday present FedEx- it was all of the cards and things sent to me packed into a box from my home in CA sent to MO. Signature required. Turned out the @$$HOLE driver dropped it at the MAILBOXES of the 23-story apartment building I was living at. 8 floors of college students. FedEx gave me the run around for 2 weeks before I finally gave up. Now I claim $1000+ for every single package just in case they do screw it up.

Ugh. I like your signature by the way. That's a good movie.

I wish we could get guns and ammo shipped to MA. I cant even buy bullet components to reload. Nobody ships to MA anymore or if they do they charge you up the ass. Its gottencheaoper to buy factory in MA than to reload yourself. Sorry for the partial rant but I got carried away seeing that Larry gets guns and ammo deliveries. I'm just jealous. The maiman leaves shit all over my property. the garage, front porch, back steps, side of the road wherever the eff he wants. Imagine all the money BOTL spends in shipping and we get the shaft.

I have had that happen more than once, I'll have the day off and so I will spend my time in the front room (driveway visible) and have seen the bastard drive by. I sit and wait "Oh he's just going down the street and will return' - nope. Not as bad of a story as some, but yes I've had this happen to me as well

i had the same thing happen a couple of years ago. i was checking the tracking all day at work. the UPS guy showed up earlier before noon to deliver our paystubs, and i asked if he had a package for me. he said no but another driver may.

i kept tracking, and then @ 4:30 pm, it said unable to deliver - business closed. What!? We stayed open until six, and i had a full view of our parking lot and front door! i called UPS, and they apologized. i told them i'd be right over to pick up my package. When i got there the same asshole that was at my office earlier had my package in his hand and said with a smile, "Here you go. Sorry about that." Lazy bastard!:angerFU:

Damn that sux. I love my carrier. Delivers my stuff personally, if I'm not home there's a little box that I made to place the packages in with a lock. Won't give my packages to my wife either, they also go in the lockbox. Sometimes we'll even share lunch. Best of all, she's a redhead!

That sucks bro. My UPS guy started putting things in my truck when I am not home, and leaves the little sticker on the window. I dont mind at all now, but at first...

I was expecting a package from Summit Racing, with some expensive stuff in it. I work nights, and slept in the living room that day so I would hear the doorbell. It never rang. A few days go by, and I am getting pissed. UPS website says it was delivered. I am in my garage getting ready to make a series of angry phone calls, when I see the sticker on my truck window. $1500 worth of parts, sitting on the front seat, doors unlocked. I was happy to get it, but not to thrilled about the delivery method.

I've had a fair amount of success with UPS and USPS, but not FedEx. They shipped one package to me from a couple hundred miles away, took 5 weeks and visits to 4 neighboring apartment complexes before I got it. Turns out it was delivered to the wrong complex...4 times.
