Guys and gals, the doc's taking my gall bladder out in the morning at 7:30. I know many of you prayed for me during my tests and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for those prayers. So I'm asking for prayers again that my surgery goes well and I heal quickly. My three doctors are all Christians and we all go to the same church so that helps my attitude, but the last time I had surgery in my abdomen I had complications. I just hope things go well tomorrow. They said I *might* be home tomorrow night, possibly Friday morning depending on how things go.

Thanks in advance, I know prayer works because I've seen it first hand!

Wow, thanks guys! I appreciate it very much. I got home about 6:30 or so tonight. They wanted me to pee before they'd send me home. I figured I'd be in there at least until tomorrow but I guess they do things so well now that it's better in most cases to go home.

Glad things have gone well! My wife had her Gall Bladder removed last year, the pains are gone! I had shoulder surgery last year also.
They got pretty threatening with the catheter when it's was the end of the shift and time for the day surgery patients to go home.

I had a kidney stone removed from me the 1st week in December, the doctor told me it was the size of a dime....

They lazered that baby into dust....

I enjoyed the Perkocet and Demoral the best...

I am fully recovered, I just have to go on a low sodium diet...which aint gonna be easy..
