Where were the parents?

Parents share at least half of the responsibility for not noticing the glaring difference between sangria (pretty much red) and orange juice (which is, duh...Orange?)

Agree 100% Clint.

Van Heest said she has contacted an attorney and requested her son's medical records to determine the exact level of alcohol that was in his system.
So, the mother can contact an Attorney but can't tell the difference between ORANGE juice and SANGRIA?

Who the hell are we kidding here??

there's plenty of sangria's that aren't red. olive garden has an "italian sangria" which from the menu pictures looks like OJ to me. I've also heard stories that the kid got served a "mango martini" instead of OJ. Most restaurant have a ton of premixed stuff at the bar.

I'm not lettin the parents off the hook here, but a mistakes a mistake.

Yeah, parents have to bare some responsibility there. Got a real kick out of reading some of the comments to that story though...classy .
