I sent them an email wondering if and when a box of cigars marked "Out of Stock" might be restocked. I had found one lone stick sitting in my humi and was surprised I had over looked it. It was a limited release from year's ago that was highly acclaimed by every reviewer. And of course when I finished it, I wanted more. So with faint hope and without much expectation of getting a positive answer, I fired off the email.
I got a nice reply back from the shipping manager saying no, but while looking he had found some 5er's that might be available, would I like more info and might I be interested? I said something like "Interested? Does Dolly Parton sleep on her back?".
Turns out I was hooked me up with two 5'ers of this limited release, long gone beauty. I'm not gonna tell you the name-not out of greed, but because I know that there are no more available and he doesn't need the grief of being bombarded with a bunch of gimme some emails. I will say it is an outstanding cigar from one of their Microblends from year's gone by. For me, it is a true special occasion smoke and a true find.
