just got off the phone w/ bo from pipesandcigars. they ran out of the robo's, but honored the same price for belicoso's. now that is good customer service! :thumbsup:

When I checked the site this morning, I saw they were sold out, so I wasn't shocked when I got the call saying that they had a run on them and tht they were sold out. As I was about to say "don't worry about it", I was offered the belicosos as an alternative. Hell yeah! That's the type of customer service that earns repeat customers.
