La Aurora 107 Maduro

So the La Aurora 107 has been a popular release celebrating the 107 years that La Aurora has been in business. As most of you probably know they will be releasing a 107 maduro very soon. How much are you looking forward to this cigar? Is this something you all knew was coming down the pipeline?

This cigar has a dark Ecuador Oscuro wrapper that is said to be medium-full in body. Rich in darker flavors like coffee and cocoa then the standard 107, this is set to be released in February of 2012.

Thanks for the reminder, though I guess I haven't thought about the maduro much since I forgot about the release until your post. I have enjoyed the 107's quite a bit and won't hesitate to try the maduro when I have a chance to purchase one. Do you know whether they will be available in all the standard 107 sizes? Haven't had an 107 in awhile, I guess I forgot about those as well; it is time to remember what they taste like this week.

To my knowledge they are going to be available in the same sizes as the original 107 minus the lancero.

I am stoked on them. A buddy of mine was gifted a few by Nestor Miranda and said they were excellent smokes. I would expect nothing less from Guillermo. He keeps putting out smokes that make me happy. Anyone tried the 2003 Corojo Pref's yet?

So we just got confirmation today, Cigar King will be getting 42 boxes next week of the Danno size. We smoked a few this week and they were outstanding. Box price will be $179.95 a box. Call us for 5 pack info if you want to go that route. They should be in early next week.

Cool, I'll pick up some of the coronas for sure. The regular 107 corona is quite excellent with some age, a real bargain for the price.

They have arrived! Very dark, oily wrapper and they have some great flavors to them, even in this bigger Danno size.
