After my experience with a La Dueña Petite Lancero the other night, I have come to terms with the fact that I am an absolute Lancero freak. The Ratio of a nice filler to an even nicer wrapper of a 36-42 ring gauge cigar is my idea of ideal and a nice long Lancero gives you that experience in a nice long smoke.

Now everyone share your love for Lanceros on this feed and litter I with Lancero Porn!!!!!

Haha alllll great. I poked up a Tat Black an Four Kicks the other night, even found a hole in the wall with a San Cristobal Lancero from over a year ago, yellow cello and all!

opus PL and OR el triunfador, anyone?

I can't claim to have have the OR El Tri, but I have had MANY of the original blend brown label El Tri lanceros. They are freaking good. (That is a technical term.)

Casa Fuente, Monte Especiale, CoLa, all excellent cigars. I also have some Johnny-O Laguito No. 2s (petite lancero) that were good fresh and I hope will be excellent once they've finished napping for a couple of years.

The lancero is popular on BOTL of course, but it is an underrated vitola generally.

The Opus X Petite Lancero is amazing with age. I've been known to smoke a few original blend and original release El Triunfadors. Here are a few that I would add to the list:
Trinidad Fundadore (only had with age)
Montecristo Especiale (thanks to a brother recently, with some age)
Nestor Miranda Special Selection Lancero, habano (haven't had one of these in long time, but I remember really liking them to the point where I smoked a box over a short period)
Tatuaje Black Petite Lancero Prerelease with shaggy foot
Tatuaje Especiales (with a few years of age)

I'm probably missing a few...
