Leather coats...

I'm in the market. Anyone have any recommendations of what kind of places to check out? I probably am not going to consider online as I need to try on, but I can always get an idea by checking out a link. I've tried the major department stores and Mens Warehouse. Still need to try Burlington Coat and Wilsons Leather.

Looking for something more on the formal side. Not a bomber for sure, but also not a leather blazer.

Thoughts?

Check out Macy's or Lord & Taylors (or somthing similar). They should have some good deals aroudn this time. Andrew Marc is a good leather jacket for the pricing and is usually on sale in those stores. Otherwise check out some outlets (around here we have Saks off 5th, Neaman Marcus etc..) for some good sales.

I have a Wilson that my Mom got me as a present one year. It was like 50% off. At first I didn't think they made good jackets but I have had this thing for years and it still looks new.

Since you're a shooter, you might also check out Coronado Leather. Their Classic A2 Bomber has been on my wish list for quite some time.

Not nice Bret. Now you have another thing on my wish list. They don't have anything like what I'm looking for right now (something a little more mid length with buttons), but I do like the Buffalo hide jacket.
