Anybody had a chance to smoke this brand?

I came across a box in the bottom of my humidor, probably been there two years plus, and smoked one last night. Very enjoyable mild-medium cigar that was creamy and mellow, but still full of favors. I don't see any of the big online retailers carrying them and I can't determine if they are even still in production.

Opinions welcome.

This is a good cigar and since you've put some good rest time on them they are surely a good cigar now. When they are fresh they tend to smoke a little harsh but they are still good. Google the name and you'll see plenty of places that carry and sell them.

Wow, I haven't heard that name in probably a decade. I know I used to smoke these way back when I first started, but I don't remember a thing about them.

Yeah, last boom (12 or so years ago), CA rated them a 94 or something and everyone was chasing these. Bright yellow box if I remember correctly. I tried a couple, very creamy but mild. I was smoking more ISOM's then and the licenciados were just too tame for me. G1

Thanks. Tex Cigar has them for a fair price, so I got a couple of boxes (1 Wavell, 1 Churchill) for deep storage.
