Ditto.T52 is much stronger, like previously said I find they improve greatly with as little as 6 months of rest on them. Both are top notch smokes, definetly on my personal top NC's list.
+1 But I have to add that the T52 is richer and bolder without being harsh! :thumbsup:I found the T52 to be a stronger smoke in terms of strength. It's also full of pepper and spice (especially the first third). As it smokes, the spice mingles with flavors of chocolate and coffee.
The No. 9 is less powerful and not nearly as spicy, in my opinion. It has similar flavors of coffee and chocolate, with a very sweet tobacco flavor.
Both are wonderful cigars with the T52 being the better of the two.
...By the way, Liga Privadas are AWESOME! I really love them![]()

Thanks for the link dude. Just glad to helpFrom my and our buddy Tony Casas at www.casasfumando.com
The main difference between the two lies in the distinct wrapper the T-52 carries. The Liga Privada No. 9 comes wrapped in a very dark, oily Maduro like Oscuro Wrapper, Where as the new T-52 comes wrapped in a stalk-cut Habano wrapper just a shade lighter than the Liga Privada No. 9, making for a much more bold, and robust smoking experience.
I assumed for quite some time that those T-52 were Maduro's before reading they were Sun Grown. Things are very dark for a Sun Grown. The No. 9 has a Connecticut Broadleaf Ligero wrapper. It has the perfect combo of sweet and spicy.
The T-52 has a Connecticut Sun Grown Habano wrapper giving it a more bold, spicy flavor. The perfect after steak cigar.
To me, these two cigars are like the best of both worlds. I personally lean a tad bit towards the T-52 because I prefer it's taste in general. IMO, the Liga Privadas are currently one of the best blended and best constructed cigars. They carry an amazing amount of flavor. I've never had a cigar jump up to be my top favorite cigar as fast as these. With their price, you could consider this a special occasion cigar. However, if you light one up, you just created a special occasion.
:youaretheI've yet to try either. Should really pick some up from NiceAshCigars. They got singles for around $8.00.
