Fellas,
My Girlfriend and I just moved into a new place. And I have to tell you all this is the life. I am sitting on my new balcony overlooking the DC skyline, drinking it in while enjoying an Illusione Epernay... Loving it. This is my first place where I don't have to go find a park bench or some other craziness to smoke.

I hear you, brother. We moved into a place with a huge balcony in suburban MD this summer, and it's great. Though now it's too cold to enjoy for the next 3-4 months!

Congratulations, I used to live in Arlington, within steps of Ballston metro station - love that area - you can walk to everything - bars, restaurants, shopping, parks.

Congrats man! I tell you, it is nice to have your own place. The girlfriend and I, along with a roomie, found a nice house in south Scottsdale. I can sit in the back yard and light up while watching the sunset, or barbecue whenever we want. Life is good indeed.

I told my fiancée that our next place has to have a balcony of some sort. I can't stand having to go out to the patio pool deck or up to the apartment building's roof top just to smoke a cigar.
