Hello all,
I have not been around in a while, I was quite busy, the woman taking my time, then I went on vacation last week to the Caribbean.... awsome vacation, but you guys want to hear about the ISOMs I encountered..... and boy did I treat myself.
Monty #2, Cuaba's, Partageas Series P #2, Partagas Series D #4....mmmmmm.... all sooooo delicious.
I had an oppertunity to try several different bourbans along the way, 2 of my favs,
Basil Hayden...light with a little spice and honey... very nice.
Blanton's single barrel... full and soft with a burnt sugar citrus kick.
Both great with my smokes I must say.
I met a man from switzerland, who smoked nothing but cuban for 20 years, I traded a Limited edition with him, he gave me a couple limited edition cohibas along with a pair of series p# 2, I gave him his first non cuban's.... Opus X and a PAM64..... of course, he loved both.
I met these guys from miami who had a stack of smokes they got from a roller near by them, excellent no name smokes that they said where likek 35 for a bundle of 25.....great value for your buck.... never gonna find that in NY.
I picked up a mexican smoke, I won't smoke, more for novelty, a single cigar in it's own cedar case, kind of nice for display, has two wrappers, similar to the brazillia ( I think, thats the 2 wrapper green one?).
Anyway.... glad to be back, hope the brothers are all excited for the summer weather and the yankee bats comming to life.... finally.
cheers to all.... i have to figure out how to rearrange my humi now.
