Looking for a wine cooler...

Well I am sick and tired of my current storage situation with fluctuating humidity and temps every day... so I am taking the plunge into this new world...

Anyone know of any deals? I have about 12+ boxes and I think most people use 28 bottle coolers... I want to keep it in the $150 range.

Another link to watch is for the Edgestar open box unit for $119 and free shipping. It's usually backordered because there is no open box available, but if you check it everyday you can get lucky which a few of us here have done.

Walmart still has the 28 bottle Avanti for $159.00 ships free to your nearest Walmart store or to your home for a few bucks more.

It has a compressor cooling unit with a Temperature Cooling Range: 6°C-14°C (42.8°F-57.2°F). Compressors will dry out the unit to 30-40% every time they kick on.

best advice is to be patient and keep a lookout for open box deals and check craigs list. may take a while but the wait will be worth it.

I was in the store when I saw it. I think it was an 18 bottle with a clearance sticker? Maybe. But it was still in a box in the aisle with the wine coolers.

Craigslist everyday for a month or two. Youll find one for a 100 give or take a few bucks. "Vinotemp" is all you need in the search.
