I am fairly new to the Cuban Cigar world and am looking for some advice from some of you who have been smoking CC's for a while now. I have just bought my first two boxes, a box of Partagas Serie D No.4's (2011) and a box of Ramon Allones Specially Selected(2013), and really enjoyed both sticks quite a bit! I seemed to enjoy the D4 the most and am wondering if anyone could recommend some similar Cuban sticks that I should try. I do not have any friends who smoke CC's so I really will be just buying boxes blind and hoping for the best so I figured I'd at least try to get a few suggestions from some of the seasoned CC vets here! Thanks in advance for the help and I'll hang up now and listen:)

Partagas Series D No. 4 is popular because its really good after a little time and they're not too expensive.

RASS is another great cigar as well as Juan Lopez Petite Corona.

And Merovius, I didn't know you were here?

Thank you to all for the suggestions! I am particularly interested in the Partagas 898 after doing a little research. Also I believe the Cohiba Behike 52 and 54's are a must try for me! Now the quest begins to locate some! Thanks again for all you guys help! It is greatly appreciated:)

Geaux, Partagas is on my fav list d/t its strength and spiciness (vs more mellow grass/hay flavors of other CC). Bolivar Corona Gigantes is one I've tried that's similar and Punch Punch.
I'm still exploring...have a Hdm Epicure 2, Trinidad T, and Punch Double Corona on the way which I've been told are med/full.

Happy hunting.
