Meeting Andre Farkas

Maximar in Orange, CA hosted a Viaje event with Andre Farkas. We had a great time talking about cigars, bourbon and art while smoking my first Honey and Hand Grenades. The best part was that he loved my artwork and gave me his permission to use his logo in my work.

Thats cool man, glad you had a good time. I understand that how he is in person is much different from how people describe him on the internet. Did you pick up anything else while you were there? Full Moon or the S&B Maduro perhaps?
Also, the artwork is crisp man, real nice looking stuff. Is that charcoal or what?

He was really nice in person. I picked up a Full Moon but couldn't afford more than a single. The artwork is done with a black colored pencil on hand tinted paper. I use a natural mineral pigment that gives the paper a nice tooth to hold the pencil marks.
