And before ye all ask why haven't I done so before, it's because when I had it before, the add-ons were too many, while Opera is simple, has the Speed Dial feature and mouse gestures. But now; if I get Firefox, what add-ons would ye suggest to avoid getting too many useless ones?

Anybody use Chrome? How does it compare to fox?

I used to just use IE just succumbing to the MSFT empire but switched just a few weeks back when they had that backdoor data stealing threat.

Man I've been using FF ever since it rolled out and have to say I can't imagine using anything else.. Every user has pretty much his own set of favourite add-ons but I love using the following:

IE tab
Tab Mix Plus - makes tab browsing more flexible
Ctrl+tab preview
Nightly tester tool
PDF Download
QuickDrag
Download Helper - to download videos over the net.

I use FF primarily for the speed over IE. I do have the weather add on placed on my taskbar.
