Man, the wife bought some crappy bacon recently. We "wrap" the Turkey in it before placing it in the grill so the skin doesn't char. This stuff was so thin and fatty I couldn't even separate the slices properly. It sucked.

I like my bacon with plenty of fat. Gives it more and better flavor, and makes plenty of bacon grease to cook the hash browns.
