Looks like this is being planned for a 2011 release. This should be a great cigar. I for one think the Monte #4 reserva is an awesome cigar that is a little under rated in my opinion. I feel the #2 is a perfect reserva choice although i am a bit surprised they didn't choose it for a gran reserva release based on its popularity. A monte #2 with 3 year old tobacco right out of the gate? Yes please i take a box....

what do you guys think??

I don't think the No.4 was just regular production tobacco, just like other reservas. I think they put a little something special into these lines.

So, as I'm sure the price of these will be jacked up, much more so than an aged box of No.2s, I would bet that these may be something special.

Yeah, if the prices aren't too crazy, these will definitely be on my must-have list. :)

suprised they dont go with a different brand, seems a little redundant to do another monte, but hey itll still be good, will probably be $700 a box though, cant see them being much cheaper than that, and thats not cheap.

Yeah at least $700. I am guessing more then that as the 4's were over $500 I think.

I think these will probably be great because they'll likely be constant for once. Just getting a consistently good regular #2 would be a treat.

Still, $30/stick is a lot of coin to risk.
