Mumford and Sons

So I normally don't branch out of my preferred genres too much, but I do like to stay current with the music scene. I'm looking at all the current highest rated albums and I see the band "Mumford and Sons"... I checked out some reviews and they were classified as "Modern Folk." Huh.. snagged the album to listen. First take was that this was garbage, but then I let the whole album play through. I can't believe how much I'm enjoying this album! It's become an everyday occurance to play through the whole album on my iPod. It's unlike anything I've ever heard, and I'm really diggin' it. Really love the song "White Blank Page" I love them all though. I don't know what kind of hype this band has being overseas currently, but they're definately worth trying out.

I downloaded the deluxe edition of Sigh No More that came with a bunch of live stuff. Good music!

I really got into the modern folk scene about 10 years ago. Not so much anymore, but I still enjoy the music and this band. Good to hear this type of stuff finally hitting the air waves.

Thanks for the other suggestions, it might be time to revisit this genre.
