with cbid. I won a fiver of Camacho American barrel aged Tubos. When I received the shipment, one tube was empty, three with cracked wrappers and one with what appears to be some small mold spots. image.jpeg

The next day, I took a picture, emailed them asking if I could get a replacement fiver and requested no tubes. Today, I received a response apologizing and that a replacement would ship soon.

I work in a customer service environment and I know mostly the negative situations get brought to the forefront. I just wanted to share my positive experience with the group.

Atta boy! You also handled it like a mature adult which is something else that is foreign these days! Kudos!

What aspect of customer service are you in?
I'm a financial manager for a flooring manufacturer and have about 1000 customer accounts I "manage". o_O

I guess you are just referring to the customer service response. Which does seem good.

For sure. I was not real thrilled with what I received but the resolution is what I wanted to share.

Good stuff right there, the response I mean. CS from any cigar site I've ordered from has always been top notch and very willing to help satisfy. Which is what you want from sites that trade in goods and not putting the blame on you and saying too bad or they might replace one or two but you pay for shipping.
