One thing I would always look forward to was to get off of work and visit BOTL site. Well my work has taken a different course. Before I used to just belong to one department in which I was responsible for training new PSR's. Late last year they decided that there needed to be a separate dept. in and of itself. Now that Medco is our owners (of Liberty) and there have been much revamping, retraining of my ways and now I have an immediate boss (on location).

Now mind you I am complaining only about the amount of work. I know it will get better once things start rolling. I am fortunate to have this opportunity (I do not fit the current criteria for even being a trainer, no degree) but since I was all Liberty Salem had in the way of a trainer I was grandfathered in. I love training. I am not a paper pusher, a rah rah overly bubbly type a personality kind of guy. I am old school, tell it like it is, shoot from the hip. So I have had to politically correct myself, tone down my bluntness and just become more of a professional trainer. But all I want to do is train, not write all these reports, tick sheets and the like.

But long story long, I am sorry I haven't been on here much but by the time I get off of work the last thing I want to do is get on the computer. For those that know of my pic posts those will return soon. For everyone else. I will go on another bombing run in the near future once I have adjusted to all this newness at work.

No worries, mate! We all have seasons like this--or will at some point. It's nice to know tour absence is for a good reason, though, in a way (better than "got sick of all you jerks" lol). As you well know, there are no "dues" here in terms of bombs, posts, or whatever--we're just glad to have you around again for as much or as little as we're able!

Glad you're enjoying work for the most part anyway--though I'm sure we all have some aspects of our jobs that annoy the crap out of us, lol!

Jim, I've been away for about a month myself. Glad to hear it was a good opportunity that kept you away, congrats on that and welcome back.

BTW, I’m looking forward to more of your great posts!
