So the wife and I had a little weekend thing planned for over a month for V-Day. It started with dinner and the Philharmonic at Lincoln Center in NYC.
She ended up surprising me with reservations at Club Macunudo she has always disagreed with my smoking so I was definitely surprised. The real surprise came after we ate our fillet's and had desert we both ordered overpriced cigars. That's right she smoked one with me which is a bit out of her character. So then we went back to Hotel Empire and....
So the next morning we went to breakfast walked around a bit and endend up in the Davidoff store in the Warner Mall. Which had a lounge. So I'm looking at paying too much money for a couple cigars but they had some things I haven't seen around Jersey so I figured F-it I'm here. So Julia walks in the little walk in humi they had packed with some nice stuff and asked Kevin who worked there for a mild something or other.
So to top off the already great weekend we were having I got to share 2 cigars with my wonderfull wife. She had a Zino Platinum and I had a Davidoff Dominican Puro the ones we had at Club Mac. weren't that fantastic she like hers though. She told me not to get excited but we'll see about that I picked a couple up for her just in case. Although she'll probably reserve smoking with me for special occasions which is fine by me. WE definitely need to get out more but it's a little tougher now with our daughter but it's makes it that much better I guess.
