Myrtle Beach Cigar Shop/Lounge Suggestions

Any suggestions for a cigar shop/lounge to visit in Myrtle Beach? Will be in town April 3-9.

Also, are there any smoking laws/regs that I should be aware of? And where can I get the best shrimp and grits.

Smoking pipes retail shop, low country pipe and cigar, its outside of town but really friendly

Last time I visited nicks they had a nice selection but I'll admit a few moldy cigars also

Though I found some nice Fuentes
