Need help quickly!

I received a Bolivar Simones Exclusivo Canada...It is dry and cracking around the edges. Not really a big deal...right? I want to smoke it today for my daughters 4 yr old b-day. Should I or should it go back in the humi and pick another.

By the way...I really want to smoke this stick if it matters???

i'm assuming you took it out of the humi. if that's the case, i'd smoke it. it won't get any better. some time in it's life, it dried out....

ok...that is one bad-ass smoke if I do say! I can only imagine how good those will be with some aging. Bolivar has been on the ball post-07! I had some 06 and 07 RC's and the difference in the newer stuff is certainly noticeable. Needless to say, the stick smoked great!

Sounds like at some point it dried out too much, then the humidity was brought up too quickly. That's happened to me before in a stick I got in a trade. It smoked just fine, though.

I've noticed the same with Bolivar - I never much cared for them. Always construction issues. The last couple of BF's from mid-late 08' were particularly good. I hope it's a trend towards better quality.
