Has anyone tried the Nestor Miranda chunky monkey yet? There is a great deal, 10 for 27$. I'm hesitant to pull the trigger w/o a review available.

I've not tried one, but if you are looking for a mid-range "chunky" you should try Nub. They come in several diff wrappers; my fav right now is the Habano and Madruo.

Yeah I love the nubs and most Cain/ Olivas but 27$ for 10 sounds like a sweet deal of the cigars actually smoke. Thank you for your response

2.70 a stick is not a bad price. I'd pull the trigger, if they don't match your flavor profile, keep em around to pass out to moochers - I mean friends who don't bring their own. Reviews are all in the eyes of the beholder.

Safe to assume you saw these on the Cigar King website? I personally enjoy the Nestor Miranda stuff a lot, especially the Oscuro. Nice Medium-Full bodied with a lot of flavors I really like. If you like the Nub size cigar, these are very good, especially at the price point. But as others have said, reviews are very subjective.

I picked up a 5er of the Tat TAA from emmersons instead. I like Nestor mirandas stuff as well but I don't think I've had a rosado wrapped one from him. I look at reviews as more of a guide then gospel. Believe me I am one to make my own decisions about something but having reviews around definitely saves me from sticks I prob wouldn't like or care to try
