From Wenatchee, WA, home of great apples, in fact "Apple Capital of the World" is our moniker. Been smoking cigars for years. Punch has always been a standby, but it's hard to narrow down a favorite...I like full-strength maduros...really enjoy NUBS, Partagas Oscuro, and CAO's are pretty tasty also. While smoking a stogie at Little Brown Smoke shop in Yakima, I struck a conversation with a nice gentlemen who was recovering from some heart surgery with smoke himself
...we got to talking about pipes. While I have smoked a pipe a time or two and own a couple of them...I had only every dabbled in it. This guy (wish I could remember his name because he was a heck of nice guy) recommended "Meat Pie" by Drew estates. So I bought some, took it home and fell in love. Well, to make a long story short, I still love my sticks and will reunite with them after the winter, I have been bit hard by the pipe bug and have been doing lots of research and collecting. So my latest hobby is restoring and smoking estate pipes. My wife is not so happy about the smoking part. Peace
