New Chapter

Fellow Brothers,

On Friday, I begin the next chapter of my life. I have been readmitted to The Texas Maritime Academy at Texas A&M at Galveston. After taking short break that ended up lasting four years, I aim to finish my maritime education.

My last four years weren't entirely unproductive. I worked at a B&M and became a locksmith (for three years). But I was not happy. Sailing got into my blood. I simply had to finish my journey.

With a great amount of excitement and nervousness, I'm getting packed up and ready to move back to the island. This time around, I know I have the skills and the maturity to excel.

If there's anyone in the Houston/Galveston area, let's meet up for a smoke.

I've been to Smoke Rings! Awesome place. I was there four weeks ago and asked if they were hiring, but it turned out I was a few days too late. But I do plan on spending time there. Huge humidor and plenty of pipe stuff.
