Happy to find the forums. I'm new to cigars in general. Had my first over thanksgiving and haven't looked back since. Still in the learning phase so the forums should be a lot of help.

They ARE a lot of help. Cigars became a real hobby for me about 3 months ago and the brothers here were incredibly helpful. Don't hesitate to ask questions of them/us.

BTW, first piece of advice and I am happy I took it, too - if you're going to get a humidor, get one three to four times the size you think you're going to want. I almost pulled the trigger on a nice little 20 stick humidor and I am now just a few sticks shy of 100 in my Tupperdor!

And, welcome from (frigid) Chicago.

Still trying to find a good everyday stick. I've enjoyed some great ones but too expensive for everyday smokes. Top so far Arturo Fuente Chateau Chateau Natural, Davidoff Nicaraguan, OpusX No.5 and Liga Privada No. 9. Looking for a mild everyday that won't kill the pocketbook. H3rrington if you make it down this way let me know I won't even hold it against you that your a Blackhawks fan lol. Originally from Buffalo and we all know the Sabres bite.

Welcome from Nebraska man, If you are in Arvada, I know I've actually had a couple good smokes and places to smoke in your neck of the woods, well compared to how close I am to any I guess lol...I love Tewksbury down on 16th Street Mall, and Flavor de Havana is kind of a fun cigar/hookah bar in Arvada we went there during a Broncos game and they do free shots everytime Denver scores, and of course Delaney's downtown is awesome if a little expensive. I've heard the Brown Palace has a decent shop but I've never been...going to Denver this friday, hoping to try Cigars on 6th and get a haircut and shave while I smoke...sounds too awesome to pass up lol

Cigars on 6th is great! Had a cut and shave last week such a good deal that it's now my place for grooming haha. The Brown Palace was nice. I like darker wood for ombiance and it's very bright. Still a must do in the Denver area. I try and go to a new shop every week and so far cigars on 6th is tops. Nice staff, good prices, old school decor and friendly customers.
