Greeting from Cary(Raleigh) NC by way of Buffalo NY. I have been a newb enthusiast for about a year. A friend always ended his parties with the guys moving to the porch for a cigar, and my first was a Padron. I was hooked.
Bought a 150 count humi (get bigger than you think you need) and seasoned it got some heartfelt beads (buy beads and forget it) and a digital hyrgro (threw out the one that came with it) and it has been working great all advice in parenthesis from this BOTLs. A quick thanks for your unknowing help from a former lurker, as things have worked out well. I am lucky to live in walking distance from a pretty fair B & M located near my neighborhood, and they have helped me find sticks that I enjoy as a rookie.
Was able to get a few #9s and T 52s and I am saving to break out the first weekend of the football season -Bills vs Patriots. This is our year again. Have had and enjoyed Undercrowns and most here seem to like the 9s and 52s so when I saw them available I got a few. The guy who introduced me to cigars is a pats fan, so the 9s or 52s should be a nice thank you come the season opener. At this point I may not be man enough for them (even if I puff slowly and enjoy with a sugary drink) so I will wait until September. Again thanks for all your help and I look forward to being a brother.
