Hi Gang,
I am ctc315, otherwise known as Chuck. I have been smoking cigars and pipes for around 44 years now and I am crazy about a good cigar!
I actually got a jumpstart on my knowledge when I landed a PT job at a Tinderbox in DeWitt, NY. The owner was a great guy by the name of Jim Harriger, he taught me much about
cigars, pipes and pipe tobacco. That was 1977, when I was only 25, I was still smoking junk back then. Jim and Tinderbox really opened my eyes to what a good cigar is.
I like cigars that have a ring guage of 50 or more. But, I do enjoy many varied cigars, some of my favs are Torano, Connie #9's, CAO's, Hoyo D Monterey, Excals #1 and 2. and gosh a host of others.
I do really prefer full bodied, smokes, but I try to stay away from nicotine bombs. Oh of course I like Fuente's too.
I am on disability because of Spinal Stenosis, so I have plenty of time on my hands! Thanks for allowing me into this forum. I look forward to meeting new friends!
