A friend at work told me about this site, thought I'd check it out. I was a long time cigarette smoker until the birth of my son last year, now I am limited to cigars on an occasional basis. Hope to get some good advice/suggestions. Mostly I smoke when I do yard work, golfing with the guys, or when I go drinking (which is hardly ever these days).
