1. Track and restructure my diet. Cutting out fast food will be a huge start.
2. Start a fitness plan, no matter how easy.
3. Only one cigar related purchase in 2018 (probably Las Calaveras if there is one). Which will help with the next one.
4. Pay off all non student loan debt.
5. Quit being a pussy.
There, that should cover everything.
1. Find an in person smoking buddy
2. Get promoted at work
3. Try not to be annoyed by most people (will help with number 1)
4. Find some awesome 1 of a kind cigar art for above my wineador (I have no artistic talent so this is going to be hard)

-Make a million dollars with my business this year
If you are trying to be more active buy one of the fitness trackers. I found it to be a big help. I can also report my activity to the insurance company to earn discounts and reward cash. Bought my wife an Ipad for her birthday with the reward cash I earned.
I have a pedometer, I walk to the post office a couple times a week. Honestly I use to be more active but both knee are bad, have arthritic hips, getting old sucks.
Is very low impact activity good for arthritis? My wife has a knee and back that constantly gives her trouble. I think the physician suggested that swimming and the exercise bike would be a big help
