I'll be here at home with a bunch of family from all over the country. Probably going to spend most of the night out on the deck smoking around the fire place.

Going to my parent's house. 4 of my brothers and their families, my 2 sisters and their families will all be there. Will start the day at 11 AM with brunch, open up remaining Christmas gifts, intermission for my son's basketball game at 4, the kids will celebrate the New Year at 9 PM and then will be put to bed. The drinking:bottle: and smoking:smokingco will begin, most will spend the night.
With this much family around, we hope the evening goes well with no :stickbeat or :angryteet. Seriously, all will go well, it's amazing that with this much family together all typically get along very well.

2 teams of 2 people. Both members of a team stand at one side of a "pinic" table and put full beers at each corner infront of them. So each member has one full beer in front of them.
Take one die, and try to shoot it into the cup. If it goes into the cup, the player who own's that cup has to chug the beer. The other team also recieves one point.
If you shoot the die and it hits a players cup and falls on the ground or stops on the table, thats also a point. If its stops on the table and lands on a 5, the player cup who got hit has to chug their beer.
If you shoot the die, it hits the table and goes between the cups and lands on the ground, thats also a point.
Game is to 5. You want to try and catch the die before it hits the ground. You can only catch with one hand. You have to toss the die into the air to get some arch (usually the as high as the length of the table).
It gets really crazy when players are diving all over to catch the die. Its a lot fun once it gets going. We used to have huge tournments in college.
Sounds pretty difficult, but its actually real easy to play. Just don't let the die fall on the ground on your side.

I'll be drinking and smoking at the neighbors house across the street. Gotta love not having to drive. We've done quite a bit of neighborhood partying and the typical response to, "I'm out of here.", is "Walk safe!" Gotta love it.
