You would not believe how much gyms make off of this! The people sign up around New Years, go for a month or 2 and then quit going. Meanwhile, the gym is still charging you for the membership every month. I wouldn't mind shedding a few pounds by eating right and cutting back on the damn beer. Currently at 205 and wouldn't mind getting down to 185 or so.
