Who's got em and what are they?

I wouldn't mind shedding a few pounds by eating right and cutting back on the damn beer. Currently at 205 and wouldn't mind getting down to 185 or so.

I don't bother because I am constantly setting new goals and achieving them year round. Now if I could just succeed on the one that goes something like, I won't buy any more cigars!!!!!!!

I've gotta start using the gym membership that I'm paying for every month.
You would not believe how much gyms make off of this! The people sign up around New Years, go for a month or 2 and then quit going. Meanwhile, the gym is still charging you for the membership every month. Definitely either cancel it or take advantage of the membership.

LOL! I've already upped the cardio to help balance out the influx of bad food :stickbeat Clean muscle just takes time to build, especially if you've been working out 5+ years like me.

2004 I gained about lb through isolation workouts with natural supplements and gained lots of bulk but no definition. Took two months off of all workout and started again in 2005 with tons of cardio, no supplements and ONLY a healthy diet. so my mass has dropped this year but my definition from head to toe has improved!! My body has changed drastically in the last two months. Can't wait to see what 2006 brings in the LEAN GREEN MEAN FIGHTING MACHINE!!!!!

But I am determined to do it

I quit making them because I have never kept one in my life!!!!!:disappoin

OK, here are some I AM going to keep this year:
1. I will not lose any weight.
2. I will continue to buy more cigars than I can afford.
3. I will not work any harder than I have to to keep my job.
4. I will only have sex once/month on the average.
5. I will go to church twice a year.
