Bros I have never had a cc. Are they really that much different than a nc? And are they worth the risk trying to get them sorry if this is a dumb question

there isnt too much risk with the big vendors since they guarantee delivery. additionally CCs are actually VERY reasonably priced compared to NCs

Yes of course they're worth trying!

I personally prefer NCs in general but that's just me. I find that many CCs have similar flavour profiles, whereas there's more variety of flavour available in NCs.

That being said one of my personal favorites is a CC MonteCristo No.4.

The flavor variations in CCs are much more subtle than the bold profiles of NC sticks, so they do all have their own differences in flavor profile, but it's harder to tell if you're used NC flavors. I've found that I can definately tell the difference from the RA/HU/boli that I've had a significant amount of.

Yeah I must admit living down under I have access to both, and while I find cc's are far more consistently good, by that I mean I haven't smoked one I haven't enjoyed! But in saying that all my favourite stick are NC's. If you don't know much about cigars I would recommend cc's every time cos they are consistently above average from my experience. But if you don't mind sifting through some dog rockets and doing a bit of research, you cant beat a quality NC.

I agree with all the post so far. CC's are consistently very good. I've never had one I didn't like. The flavor profiles do not have the variance that NC's have. I would not want to be limited to CC's but they are great and every cigar smoker should try a few.

The only comment I can't agree with is that they are reasonably priced. Here in Canada we have access to more CC's than NC's but we pay through the nose for them. For example, a Monte #2 is $36 !!!!

Hey guys, I'm a newb when it comes to cc's as well. Would someone be able to pm me with a vendor that you trust? I don't really know where I can shop for real cc's online.

Just to clarify, I wanted to ask on here as I do live in the U.S. and I see fakes poping up on here all the time in other threads. I was hoping that someone on here could recommend a particular vendor that they really like/trust so that I could avoid this same fate.
