So guys i'm a newbie in the CC world. Even tho my country has free access to CC we usually got them really expensive...probably a strategy to sell more Dominican and Nicaraguan cigars. Anyways, recently a store opened here and they are the distributors of Habanos S.A....I went there and saw all the CC they got (big collection I should say), but i don't know what to pick. I picked a HdM Epicure No.2 for $10 bucks ($8.73 plus taxes = 10.13). Is it a good price?

What do you guys recommend me to try? I've only smoked 1 or 2 CC and i've not been quite amused by them but i'm open to try them again.

That's not a terrible price, I've seen them as high as $13. The epi 2 was one of my first cc's and I still love em. You can also ask the store owner for recommendations next time you go and he should be able to walk you through it all.
I'd say to try:
Bolivar petit coronas or royal coronas
Cohiba Siglo iv or cohiba robusto
Partagas serie d no 4
Ramon allones specially selected

Just to name a few

Owner wasn't there...and the girl who was showing me the store didn't know much about cigars. I was telling her which cigars were from DR, Nica or Cuban....lol. On your list, I have a Cohiba Siglo IV, so definitely I will try it, and see if I can buy those.

All of the above listed are awesome smokes. Also, I will throw in the Monte #2, #4 and #5. H. Upmann Magnum series are all good, RyJ Short Churchill's are one of my favorites, SLR Regio's are quite nice very nutty, imo anything Por Larranaga is a winner for the mild-medium side. I will also once again echo the Bolivar PC's and Partagas Shorts, and if you can find them, jump on the Ramon Allones Small Club Coronas.

Just try a range of sizes and brands to see what you like, just like NCs they are all a little different.
My favourites are juan lopez no 2, trinidad fundadores, ryj short churchill, upmann no 2 to name a few.

The absolute best deal, imo, is H.Upmann Epicures. What a flavorful little smoke at a ridiculously low price. RASS, RASCC and Por Larranaga are great smokes too. All of those are good young too, for most CCs I wouldn't touch them for at least a year.

One thing to keep in mind, with this place having newly opened, you are most likely getting young cigars. You can always check the box dates of course, but chances are they're mostly young. Therefore, they may not be tasting how you might expect. If I were you, I would buy a fair amount of them to try, then perhaps sit on them for a few months at least, let the real young ones settle down a bit.

My thoughts as well, in this case I'd avoid absolutely avoid Cohiba, Bolivar and RyJ, among a few others.

Actually, my thoughts are why aren't you finding other ways to...source... them? Age/long-term rest is a big deal in the CC world and honestly, you're missing out if you haven't had a Bolivar PC/RC/BF with a few years on it. Heck, even a Cohiba Siglo I, with a couple years on it is pretty darn amazing.

I checked the date, the HdM Epicure #2 is from Oct-2011...I'll try to smoke it and see how good it is.
