No means he would have to get more junk permits. Cali has gone insane with regulating food vendors. all it takes is for one prick to make a call and this is what happens.
there are several building suppliers here who have free hot dogs and chips at lunch time and dough nuts in the AM. They have been telling everyone not to talk about it if they want it to saty.
we also recently built a bounce house place, that was going to serve Pizza Hut Pizza to kids at thier B'Day parties. we had to install the stainless 3 sink deal, and have water that would get hot enough....cost an addtional $8000 for the owner. They are literall yopening a pizza box, using a spatula, to place a slice on a paper plate. that is it.
