NOOB in need of some help

I have had a lot of full bodied smokes and that's what I typically like to smoke but I would also like to find a great mild go to smoke. I am looking for something really creamy and buttery smooth. I like the Perdomo reserve champagne but something even creamier would be great. Any suggestions?

The zino classic is decent for a mild bodied smoke. Montes and macanudos are good too.

The Taboo Twist seems to be a good smooth mild - medium cigar.

I think the Avos fit that bill. I would also try (what I believe is the non-Guapo) Cabaiguan...that is milder, while still being pretty rich in taste.

Ten years ago I would have said Licenciados, very good very cheap, however sampled one a few months ago and I would not even give that to a cigarette smoker needing a nic fix, very bad cigar.

Macanudo I agree is a good suggestion, although I have not sampled one in about 5 years, I have never had a bad experience with them.

Fonseca is nice, for me anyway, love the 2-2 for a quick smoke, have sampled a few from the vintage line, they are good. I never worry about picking those up.

Great thread... I also love a good solid, creamy smoke...

Sadly, my really memorable experiences with these types of smokes have not been with sticks meeting your price criteria...

Would love to try some of the other brother's suggestions... Keep 'em coming fellas!

Hmmm, although I love me some Kelner, but I wouldn't describe his smokes as creamy more woody, dry and musty per se.

As far as creamy mild smokes, I would suggest the Oliva Connecticut and Ashton Classics.

But do also try Kelner stuff, none better!

Being a complete noob as well, I don't know how good my advice is, but the other day I had a Romeo y Julieta Reserva Real. I enjoyed it, but then again, my knowledge is pretty limited.

As I write, I'm smoking my first Nub -- the Cameroon -- while working on the laptop outside. A great, mild smoke. This is the life!!!

My mild smoke of choice is the CAO Black (storms are the size I buy).
