well we now have years of cultivation and cloning and breeding. The weed out there now is 20-30 time the THC content as it was in the 60's. That spells big business and big taxes. Legalize it and we would have a deficit no longer.

I you are going to sell weed for $450 an ounce it had better be good and you need to know what you are doing to get a crop that good. Me personally I'm not that patient or detailed oriented, I'll lleave that up to the Hippies with nothing better to do.
