Well, actually, he's been in prison for the past 64 days....but I digress.

I'm surprised he didn't get life. Judges have a way of exacting discipline to people who deserve it, even though they must remain unbiased, i.e, he had life coming to him, yet in this case the judge wasn't overly harsh.

Thought they said he got thirty-three years and not eligible for parole until after nine years? Regardless, it's about f'ing time they put that slimeball where he belongs...

He is 61 I believe, so 9 years before his first chance at parole (SP?). I would call that the rest of his life. Chances are he will not get out on his first attempt so I would guess 10 to 15 aleast.

We watched it live in the office, and the sentencing was a bit confusing...to the pointt where CNN and MSN had different sentences on thier respective websites. Aside from the little junk terms that all run concurrent, he got 3 consecutive sentences of 5-15. So he's not up for parole for 5 years, but then he has to start his second 5 years and then his 3rd if he gets paroled on the 2nd one. So the way I understood it, he wouold see no less than 15 years before he would possibly get out. Of course i could be way off as well.
