Old vs New Opus Logos - When did they change?

The one on the left is fake, but ill buy it so i have a reference of what fakes look like. $200?

not fake, I have one of the old boxes filled with current singles. Just no idea how old it is. I did see a picture of a slide top Opus X box that is supposedly from 97 or 98. Never knew those existed. I'm asking because someone has some sticks that came in the older box, but they don't know specifically how old they are.
Slide top boxes are OR and went till about 97' (as stated by OP)
Fuente went to the colored Opus logo on the box from the standard black between 2011-2012 (I wanna say it was the holiday 2011 release first) I know it was the same year they changed the CFCF boxes for a more colorful look (2011 "standard" large box; 2 rows of 11; 2012 Back box; mulitple rows of 5 with overflow and humidor style set-up)
I like the look of the newer boxes, justifies the coin on buying by the box... ok not really but nice boxes non-the-less
