That's when he reportedly uttered the code words..."Houston, there is a Santa Clause." Implying that he had seen aliens and they told him to never come back, which is why we haven't been back to the moon, nor has anyone else.

But what gets me is that we never really wnet in the first place. The whole lunar landing was staged in a lot in Hollywood, so how did he see the aliens?!?!
