These guys really understand customer service. There was a 20 lot Dutch Auction up on CA. I had bid 3 lots at $22.01, and the bid increment was $1.00. A sniper came in and bid $23.00 on 16 lots, wiping out my bid. It should never had happened as it would have required a $23.01 bid to beat mine. I called customer service. The customer service rep was perplexed, as he couldn't see my original bid (which he said should have been visible), but took my word for the situation, and is sending out 3 lots for the $22.01 I bid. Once again, world class customer service from a great company.
Once Again, Famous' Customer Service 2nd to None.

I agree, their customer service is amazing. I've never had anything but top notch experiences with them myself.

I like the fact that Famous is involved on the forum here. I find that the more time I spend here, the easier it is to support the industry folks who support the site - either as site supporters or just by being involved with us - there's a sense of "these guys like BOTL and I like BOTL, so I like these guys!"
