That happened to a G-pa that went to take his grand daughter to daycare but forget she was in the back seat. Instead he went to work and the kid died from the heat. He was never charged with anything but could you imagine the guilt he felt.

I was at Walmart about 2 weeks ago in my small town and a lady who rounds up the carts in the parking lot came inside with a baby that could not have been over 2 month old. Needless to say the mom came inside about 30 minutes later and she was freaking out. No cops called but I bet she never does that again
